Victoria at 8:30 AM. Victoria Residents will be picked up at Town
and Country Mall at 9:15. First we spend 2 hours browsing all
the shops on Fort Street's famous Antique Row in Victoria.
Then it's up and over the Malahat Pass with a stop along the
way at Goldstream Park, famous for it's big trees and spawning
salmon. We also stop at the Split Rock Viewpoint where
your guide will point out many interesting landmarks including the
Saanich Peninsula, Gulf Islands and the San Juan Islands. Great photo
opportunity here! Then it's off to Chemainus, famous for the
34 murals painted on the walls throughout town and antique
shops. You get to enjoy lunch (not included) here and spend the rest
of your time shopping, shopping, shopping! We'll leave Chemainus at
4:30, in time for you to catch the 7:00 PM ferry back to the mainland. |
